Data & Deletion
A plain-language overview of what is public, what stays restricted and how account or data requests will work.
Public civic data
Once approved, a report’s road location, issue details, approved photo, status history, comments and aggregate community signals may be public. Anonymous posting hides the reporter’s name publicly but does not create an untraceable submission.
Restricted data
Authentication identifiers, private contact details, raw authority-suggestion metadata, pending or rejected evidence and moderation context are restricted by role-based access controls. Service providers may retain operational and security logs.
Requesting access, correction or deletion
- Sign in using the same account associated with the data.
- Provide the relevant report IDs and clearly describe the request.
- Complete identity verification where necessary to prevent unauthorised deletion.
- SadakPulse will acknowledge and assess the request under applicable law.
A verified request channel and response timeframe must be inserted here by the operator before launch.
What deletion means
Eligible account/profile information may be deleted or anonymised. Public reports may be anonymised rather than removed when needed to preserve civic history, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with law or protect other users. Backups and security records may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.
Photographs and location
You may report without a photo. Select only the road location necessary to describe the issue. Before uploading, check that the image does not reveal unrelated people or personal information.
