Terms of Use
These terms govern access to SadakPulse and the submission, verification and sharing of community road-condition information.
1. Purpose of the service
SadakPulse is a community information platform. It is not an emergency service, municipal complaint system, navigation authority or guarantee that a road is safe. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or public authority.
2. Your responsibilities
- Submit information you reasonably believe is accurate and current.
- Never report, photograph or use the service while driving.
- Respect privacy, property, safety and applicable law.
- Do not impersonate an authority or falsely claim official verification.
- Do not automate, scrape, overload, attack or circumvent service controls.
3. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SadakPulse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, moderate, display and distribute that content for operating, improving and promoting the civic-reporting service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it.
4. Moderation
Reports may be reviewed, delayed, rejected, hidden, labelled, merged or removed. Community confirmations and road scores are estimates and may be wrong. Authority suggestions are community contributions unless explicitly marked verified.
5. Prohibited content
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, defamatory, private, copyrighted or malware-containing material. Do not expose faces, vehicle numbers, home addresses or other personal information unless necessary and lawful.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SadakPulse disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee accuracy, availability, authority response, issue resolution or fitness for navigation decisions.
7. Limitation and suspension
To the extent permitted by law, SadakPulse is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on community content. Accounts or access may be restricted for abuse, security risk or violation of these terms.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are intended to be governed by Indian law, subject to the operator inserting its registered location and competent courts before launch. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
